Client Responsibility
Billboard Alley will do everything within our power to ensure that our clients websites perform and operate flawlessly. We cannot take into account all unknown events that may occur on the clients website such as faulty data being entered, usability issues, etc. The web is a living environment that changes everyday. Technology alters as well as peoples usablity patterns. Websites in direct effect must change and adapt too to fit server and client demands. It is the clients responsibility to ensure that their website performs as intended within the 15 day grace period. If the website does not meet the clients expectations after this period Billboard Alley reserves the right to charge for development to address the clients needs.
On going website maintenance
Once the clients website has been launched and presented to the client, the client has 15 days to ensure that all features specified in this quote and/or individual quotes are adequate. If changes need to be applied to the application, then requests will need to be made during this 15 day period. If changes requested fall outside of what has been specified in the clients quote for development, then charges for development will incur. After the introductory 15 day period, any changes that need to be made to the website application will incur separate fees. If ongoing maintenance is requested, a separate quote will need to be supplied.

The Client will be responsible for all search engine optimization submission and/or PPC (pay per client) marketing if needed. If these services are desired, the client has the option to contract Billboard Alley to obtain such services.
